We had a number of new people come out to the Club for today's event - which was pretty cool. Will Hodgskiss lead the event as being first in the group to leave. Dave Barton, Silvio Roy and his family went next. Following them were Scott DeMille, Charlie Burbank and his wife and then Tony took his Champ up. Everyone came back from their flight around 12:00 noon, all primed for lasagna, chili, deserts and coffee. The food disappeared pretty quick. A big thanks to the people who brought it in, it's appreciated. It's always nice when Don Strang (from FSS), and his wife Marina stop by. Our Flight Service group knew the Club was doing an event today, so we happened to notice that the TAF's issued this morning were far more detailed than normal. Kudos to our Flight Service folks - they are the best! Mike Rutledge did the outbound flights and Mike Bird did the inbound.
