The costs associated with keeping an office open at Kingston's Norman Rogers Airport is not inconsequential. We as a group have to pay for that space, so the Club in turn polls it's membership each year to help defray those costs in the form of yearly fees.
We have three categories of membership; Regular, Social and, Student. Each category is focused on specific member groups within the Club. Those folks who own their own airplanes often don't need the benefit of access to Club aircraft. On the other hand, access to Club aircraft with it's extra responsibility of Club voting rights is an important part of many Club members flying routine.
Regular Membership:
Fee is: $200 per year, prorated after July 1st.
Privileges include:
- Kingston Flying Club Membership Card
- Voting privileges at General meetings
- Rental privileges for Club Aircraft
- Member discount on fuel
- Member prices at Pilot Shop
- Inclusion in Club Social Activities
Social Membership:
Fee is: $100 per year.
Privileges include:
- Kingston Flying Club Membership Card
- Member prices at Pilot Shop
- Inclusion in Club Social Activities (Social members do not have voting privileges)
